1. Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Each order is processed with care and precision.

Order Processing Time:
Orders typically take 2–4 business days for processing, including quality checks and packaging, before being shipped.

During Peak Seasons (Holidays, New Year, etc.):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 on all orders, regardless of the destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times
As Mahr Inc. ships through trusted global partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

United States 10 – 15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of the World 15 – 20 Business Days

Please note: these are estimates, and delivery dates may vary.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

Tracking Updates:

  • Updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after your label is created.

  • If your tracking info isn’t immediately updated, rest assured, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, Mahr Inc. uses a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping model.

This means:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by your country.

  • Mahr Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Though customs fees are rare for smaller household items, regulations may differ by country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@bravivora.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After processing has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement.

Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
