At Mahr Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for your convenience.


1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

  • Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will:

  • Give you instructions on how and where to send the item

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping charges

We also do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges
For a quick replacement:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item


6. Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
